Jessie Salpeter

Jessie is the Senior Director of Strategic Operations at NPF, where she collaborates with various teams to provide data-driven solutions and revenue analytics, develop and maintain new donor-related technologies, and oversee the general management and administration of all Philanthropy Systems and Operations.
Previously, Jessie has managed donor constituent management systems, donor stewardship procedures, reporting, analytics, and direct response production for organizations such as the Prospect Park Alliance, American Humane, and Foundation Fighting Blindness.
As a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine, Jessie worked with a local non-profit to establish a sustainable fundraising model and operations budget and educated local youth on the benefits of volunteering. She holds a Master of Science in Non-Profit Management from The New School in New York City and a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications from New York University.
A native of the Washington area, Jessie resides in DC with her wife, dog, and cats. She is a dedicated Washington sports fan and enjoys playing competitive soccer and tennis year-round.
