Alissa Robinson-Byers

As Senior Director of Foundation Relations, Alissa plays a principal role in leading and growing the organization’s foundation fundraising and grant partnerships, identifying transformational opportunities to partner with foundation donors to support the National Park Service’s key priorities and greatest needs, while also advancing the impact goals of foundation donors through strategic alignment.

Alissa has been with the National Park Foundation since 2017 and was previously at the Bipartisan Policy Center. She holds a Master of International Development with a focus on nonprofit organizations from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from High Point University.

Alissa lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and son. When not at work, Alissa can be found scuba diving, dancing in a performing group, traveling to new places, going to the theater, and spending time outdoors with her family.
